In 1996, I started my own Consulting Business – Rona Sterling Consulting Inc. and currently work as a First Nations Consultant throughout the Province.  I have assisted organizations with various projects for children, families and communities around needs assessments, community consultations, program development, program reviews, policy development, strategic planning, staff workshops, training and curriculum development.  I have worked on over 50 projects since the inception of my Consulting Business.
